Tidak Bisa Akses Google

beberapa bulan yang lalu saya sangat khwatir karena tidak bisa akses situs facebook dan sekrang saya tidak bisa akses google, saya bingung harus gimana.
akhirnya saya minta bantuan sama mbak yahoo, saya temukan cara mengatasinya beberapa diantaranya adalah sebagai berikut :
1.  mengembalikan keadaan file host seperti semula
keadaan semula file hosts

letak file host
C>Windows>System32>Driver>etc>Hosts(buka dengan teks editor)

jika ada nama situs yang tidak bisa anda akses pada tulisan diatas silahkan anda hapus lalu simpan perubahan yang anda laukan.

2. menggunakan software khusus untuk mengembalikan keadaan file hosts secara otomatis(silahkan anda cari sendiri di internet)

kedua langkah diatas tidak berhasil di browser saya, dan ternyata terdapat virus yang terdeteksi oleh smadav. Setelah virus tersebut habis barulah sayabisa akses abang google, heeeeeee

jika langkah diatas tidak berhasil anda bisa bersihkan chace atau cookies pada browser anda.
